[tei-council] multiple representations of a graphic/media

the problem is that you want to supply a link to (e.g.) video in two alternate formats
(ogg and mp4, say), which are then offered to the user depending on what they can cope with.
we don’t seem to have a way to represent this.

anyone got an idea?
