[tei-council] Doodle Polls for both teleconference and face-to-face

I have no objection to weekends, but if we have another poll to go 
through, I'm going to start losing dates even from the original set that 
I was available for, because I've got to give straight answers to some 
folks in the next day or so about other commitments.
