the Stylesheets are now back at green status, which means the P5
build is now proceeding.

note, however, that P5 build will remain _yellow_ (not green) because
there are  103 warning messages (see http://bits.nsms.ox.ac.uk:8080/jenkins/job/TEIP5-Test/2118/parsed_console/)
eg
 WARNING: use of deprecated element — The TEI-C may drop support for the relationGrp element as early as 2014-06-17.
and it is Jenkins' job to report these. 

When we deprecate something (e.g. biblScope/@type),  it would be sensible to remove
examples of it from the Guidelines
