[tei-council] After the face-to-face

Hi Council,

I'd like to thank you again for coming to, and working so hard 
at, the face-to-face meeting in Oxford. Remember that there is a 
deadline on reviewing the detailed minutes to ensure that you've 
not been misrepresented/misheard or we captured what you said 
rather than what you meant to say.  Let's set a deadline of noon 
on Monday (18 November 2013) in Martin Holme's timezone (PST) 
(which 8pm in Oxford, 3pm in Ann Arbor) for all of Council to 
have read/edited/updated the minutes.

Because a lot of our minutes are capturing a detailed (though 
sometimes abbreviated) sequence of discussion, I will also be 
writing an 'executive summary' of the meeting highlighting some 
of the more important decisions. This was requested by at least 
two members of the TEI community on earlier occasions I've posted 
our minutes.

New Council Members: You too may wish to read through the draft 
minutes to see the issues discussed and get a sense of the amount
