I'm with lou in this case. Good functionality but always should have a way to toggle off.

If I'm producing HTML for some other purpose than display on a screen;
if I want to handle the notes or configure the popup myself ; if my
screen reader goes berserk when it finds one; if I just Dont Like
Popups....
