[tei-council] Eager customer for TEI products

But can we give her the assurances she needs with regard to quality? 
We've been finding a lot of spelling errors recently. She seems like a 
very discriminating sort of customer, and we don't want to get a 
reputation for shoddiness in a new, potentially exciting Taiwanese 
marketplace.
