[tei-council] hello; release plans

OK. Election is over and I'm back to work, albeit intermittently and
with a mountainous backlog of e-mail. Turns out I am scheduled to be
on duty for 24 hours on Thu 04 Jul (ick!). So (having just spoken to
James), we're thinking release day will be Fri 05 Jul. I will
probably get started between 07:00 and 08:00 ET.

My current plan is to spend Tue 02 Jul and perhaps some of Thu 04
reviewing release procedure, making sure things build locally, etc.
"Practicing", as it were.

Is that schedule OK with the release gurus (I am guessing that's
Sebastian, Martin, and James)? How about with the past pushers (I am
guessing that's at least Hugh and Gabby; anyone else a release
button-pusher?)?
