[tei-council] rendering of @validUntil in the Guidelines

It seems that the presence of @validUntil causes "(deprecated)" to 
appear in red, just as was the case for @status='deprecated'.  For example:

But according to our plan at:

http://wiki.tei-c.org/index.php/Deprecation#4._Add_handling_of_.40validUntil_to_stylesheets_for_generating_Guidelines

we are going to display the date that something is valid until.  Maybe 
we could get this in before the next release?
