Not sure -- if you remove "Popular Sections"  someone is *bound* to 
complain!

BTW, it occurs to me we could make the layout look a lot nicer in either 
version simply by removing the first two words from the title of chapter 
5. They're redundant anyway (indeed misleading since the chapter talks 
about more than representation of gaiji). Anyone object?
