In poking around the new Allura platform on SF, I haven't been able to figure out how to close a ticket. Perhaps my user just doesn't have the privileges for it. Could someone tell me how you do it? Here's the one I'd like to close: https://sourceforge.net/p/tei/feature-requests/352
