[tei-council] dead link (fwd)

Sebastian, when you remade the schemes, did it also generate the 
dictionaries customization?  If so, and if you add them to the release 
directory as a hot fix as well, David or I can add the links to the 
dictionary back to http://www.tei-c.org/Guidelines/Customization/ (since 
we only recently removed them when the customization disappeared).
