[tei-council] TE Council Meeting in April.

Surely there must be taxis at least. I have a couple of newbie questions:

1) I can't travel on the 10th, so a horrifically early flight into Providence looks like my best bet. How long does it take to get to Brown from there, and what's the best mode of transport?

2) what's the procedure for reimbursements?

Thanks,
Hugh
