We don't really have either of those, I am afraid.  the Roma on tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk
is not stable or up to date. and OxGarage does not have a copy of P5 in anyway.
Roma on www.tei-c.org points at the oxgarage there, which gets its
stylesheets etc from the local install.

The answers to the questions you will now ask are a) no and b) no :-}
(I speak solely for my own input and time there).

Roll on Byzantium. Unfortunately the reaction to that is effectively
non-existent (in terms of anyone wanting to work on it
or say they will use it) :-{
