You may wish to read this community feedback.  Congrats 
especially go to Hugh for patiently waiting for Jenkins rebuilds, 
and Martin and Sebastian on IRC for noticing and solving some 
additional problems.

I have, of course, attempted to disabuse Julia of the notion that 
it was all magically smooth sailing by explaining the process in 
more detail.

James, may I please express my great and heartfelt commendation 
to you (as proxy if necessary for others involved) for the way 
this process has become so transparent and admirable and 
effective? I'm really, really impressed every time something 
comes out from the Council--it really seems like an exemplary and 
well-run organization, and I just feel lucky that it's working in 
an area I care about :-)
