[tei-council] Attributes without examples

A procedural question about this task ...

Is it okay to copy an example from a chapter of the Guidelines into the 
appropriate elementSpec or classSpec?  That is, we're not concerned 
about such duplicated examples falling out of sync in case we adjust one 
and not another?
