Hi all,

Minutes from the teleconference are now on the site:

These are the actions, some of which are done:

     JC & HC: Coordinate to select an appropriate day for the next release.
     KH: Send outstanding questions re TEI P4 deprecation to the Council 
list for comment.
     GB: Create a list of potential projects for code-bounties.
     All: Continue the discussion of moving some parts of the codebase 
into GitHub.
     MH: Raise on TEI-L the issue of collapsing the front page and the 
TOC of the Guidelines into a single page.
     EM: Create a Doodle poll for dates for Council Face-to-Face meeting 
in April.
