yes, this is a problem because of its inheritance from tei_lite. That has the incantation

     <classRef key="att.global.facs"/>

because it only wants @facs, not the rest of the transcr module.

The student has then loaded the "transcr" module on top, thereby asking for 
att.global.facs _again_. As usual, the stylesheets are not very good
at finding your logical errors.

Moral: don't base your ODD on Lite, unless you are very sure you understand
what you are doing.
