I've been trying to wrap my head around 
http://purl.org/tei/fr/3536363 and potential rationalizations of 
the person/place/org content models.  I've put some of my working 
notes into the ticket and if anyone else feels like trying to 
focus  their mind around the problems for a few minutes and has
