[tei-council] listChange example

The default value for egXML/@valid is "true", so I guess it's coloured 
on the assumption that it's valid. Adding <teiHeader> and <TEI> would 
make it technically complete, but the content obviously isn't complete, 
so it should probably have commented ellipses or something to indicate 
that only fragments of content are being shown.
