I have now set up the Exemplars so that every setup has 3 files
   .odd. The customization which appears in Roma
   .tei.    A test file for the customization
   .template a document template. From this a .xml file is generated which will appear in oxygen, with schemas attached.

Result: compatibility between Roma and oxygen, same suite to appear in both places.

Work remaining to do is change Roma to pick up the last at build time from current p5.

Apologies for breaking things along the way. And yes you may congratulate me on finally making the kindle version version of the guidelines valid, hence making p5 valid after a long gap.
