You can't use @rendition without supplying a <rendition>. The problem is 
with @style.

Yes, I am proposing to change this : you can say explicitly on 
<styleDefDecl> what the default is, so you won't need to supply @source 
on all your <rendition>s (but there's no back-compat problem if you do, 
since the values for the attribute aren't changing)

Me neither... you can do this in the content of the <styleDefDecl> though
