[tei-council] Status of Board/Council nominations

All,

As of today, we have the following totals of nominees willing to serve:

Board: 8

Council: 6 ( plus one probable yes)

and that is not counting some additional nominations that came from Lou and 
Gabby today. So I think we are in good shape.
