i _think_ we put them in glossLike when that was used mainly
by ODD elements; and then forgot about them when glossLike

I find it difficult to defend equiv and altIdent for most users
of glossLike, I must admit. Were Laurent here, I think he would
find a way of doing it, but the simplest solution would seem
to be to move them to (a new) model.equivLike, and use that
only in classSpec, constrainSpec, elementSpec, macroSpec and valItem
