[tei-council] Next TEI Technical Council Teleconference

Based on the people who answered this poll, there were lots of 
good times for our next teleconference.  So I've chosen Thursday 
9 August at 20:00 BST (current London time).

If I have my calculations right, this should be:
19:00 - GMT
15:00 - EDT New York
12:00 - PDT Vancouver
and
Friday 10 August at 07:00 for NZST in New Zealand.
