[tei-council] editors at tei-c.org

I've removed or edited the main references to "editors at tei-c.org" on the TEI 
website. It appears that in some cases our raw XML refers people to that email 
address for permission to reprint/reuse content, so for the time being I am 
going to keep the address live but have redirected it to me.

A grep of the TEI sourceforge files shows that "editors at tei-c.org" appears in 
the following files, mainly in the context of an example for the <email> 
element. In those cases it could simply be changed to "info at tei-c.org". Is this 
safe to do as a global fix?
