[tei-council] Roma or Roma2?

Literally kill? I might or might not have user permissions to get rid of the 
directory, but I can try. Then in the Apache config file, redirect to standard 
Roma? I.e. change from

RewriteRule "^/Roma/(.*)" /usr/share/tei-roma/$1 [L]

to

RewriteRule "^/Roma2?/(.*)" /usr/share/tei-roma/$1 [L]

? (Shayne would have to do that I think).
