Hi Piotr.

That is my fault.  Some people seem to have problems getting 
notifications from SF trackers (even though subscribed, 
monitoring, and watching).  I was playing with having tei-notify 
do this as a potential solution.

If you guys think it is spammy, I'll turn it off.
