after a rapid series of hacks yesterday, the P5 build seems to be stable again now. The main
aim of the work was to have reports of typically broken things (guidelines validation and test suite)
return as quickly as possibly; it should now be under 10 minutes to get this main testing phase done.
Documentation building etc takes longer, typically another 1.5 hours
