[tei-council] Oxford Face2Face meeting: Accommodation

I noticed the restriction to three nights, but that might be difficult 
given the flights from over here. If I have to stay a fourth, at my 
expense, can it be booked as part of the same block, or will I have to 
make a separate booking?
