[tei-council] Setting up read-only access to TEI Council list?

True that it's not urgent, but this also won't take long.

Any Council member who receives messages to tei-council using a Google 
Mail account can set up a feed using this app:

http://emails2rss.appspot.com/

and then we can publicize the feed address.  Looks very easy.
