Yes, I believe these would be ECCO-TCP and eventually potentially 
EEBO-TCP conversions along with other texts from the OTA 
converted to TEI P5 and then to EPub.

The idea, from my point of view, might be that you could download 
the EPub on your android phone using the google Books 
application. Presumably, the matching up would mean that where 
there was a Google Books scanned book of this, they could offer 
the EPub as an alternative to download or something.
