I now think we should tweak P5 to deliver p5odds.rnc, so that its referenceable from
www.tei-c.org. I'll look at that for the next release.

but it does say how to derive it - "make oddschema" mean
type the command "make oddschema" in the P5 source directory,
on a *Nix command line
