[tei-council] Ann Arbor spring meeting

Hi all,

Just an update: a block of rooms has been reserved at the Bell Tower
Inn, and I've just heard this afternoon that the University of
Michigan Library will indeed be able to pay for this transaction, and
then apply for reimbursement from TEI-C, which will save us a bit of
money. (Around $650--Lobsters and champagne for everyone!)

Because the transaction will be between the hotel and UM, you do *not*
need to make your own reservation, but I *do* need a firm list of
exactly who will be here when, to give to both the hotel and our
finance office. Thanks to James' poll, I have this information from
everyone but Gaby, whom I've just bugged separately. So we're set for
accommodations, and you don't need to do anything at this point.
