Hi,

Sorry about that. Yes, I say we confirm those dates and everyone 
put them in their diary RIGHT NOW!  So that is travel on the 
15th, Meetings on the 16/17/18 with potentially travel home on 
evening of the 18th. At least that is what I'm going to try to 
find in our flight booking system if possible.  (One can of 
course stay longer, but TEI-C won't cover your accommodation.)
