[tei-council] Ann Arbor spring meeting

Hi all,

I recommend that we confirm April 16-18 as the dates for our meeting.
James and I had some communication about this last week and I proposed
this to him, but I haven't heard back since then, and wasn't sure if
he should give the go-ahead to move forward.
