[tei-council] Fwd: Xpointer (was Re: Budget and Cost Saving for next year)

Hi Gabriel,
Are you OK to take the lead for the group (Hugh, Piotr, Martin and myself in a corner).
Your mission: design a clear strategic plan for the TEI in relation to xpointers (whatever that means - you'll have to explain)
