[tei-council] tei, education, good tasks to do?

We have an intern here working on TEI for a few months,
and have decided on educational material about TEI and its world
as our priority.

If any of you have ideas on useful projects you think could be done by
one person in 8-10 weeks with the assistance of me and James,
can you let me know?
