[tei-council] P5 use of rend in examples

I'd be interested to see @role, @status and (hehe) @type.
I have some simple JS here that should make the table sortable:
<http://mapoflondon.uvic.ca/js/sorttable.js>
Just link that in and add "sortable" to @class of the table. It expects
to find row headers in <th>, or inside a <thead>.
