[tei-council] sp/table, arising from ECCO

I am looking at how to do this, and the least offensive way seems to be to allow model.listLike inside <sp>,
and make <table> a member of that class. How does everyone else feel about that? I am checking now whether
it actually breaks anything

you can imagine a speech where someone reads out a list?
