[tei-council] p5 getting fat

My copy of Jenkins fell over recenty running out of disk space, and I wondered why. One thing
I noticed is that the new images are getting big:

these files get copied around a lot appearing in variants of the document. They also
have to get downloaded by folks reading the PH chapter.

Would someone used to graphic manipulation like to look at these whitmans
and make them smaller?
