[tei-council] Minutes from today up

Hi all,

I've tweaked the display of the minutes from today a bit and tidied them 
up for the wiki:

We dealt with 29 tickets today. That's pretty damn good. Pats on back 
all round (and perhaps beer).

For those who were only present for some of the time, remotely, you 
might want to have a look through the list and make sure my notes make 
sense to someone who didn't participate in the discussion, so that if 
necessary we can clarify or expand them while we still remember what we 
were talking about.
