[tei-council] apologies for Paris meeting

Well .. when you put it like that I may reconsider, but only
for the purposes of communicating with you guys. (Lou, now I have a strange
mental image of you covered in soft brown fur scampering through a grove of
Ginkos ...
I suppose you will be laying traps for Tyrannosaurus Rex or something ....
