no, but thats a feature request for the web site, to add links
to eg
http://www.tei-c.org/Vault/P5/
or
http://www.tei-c.org/Vault/Stylesheets/
from /Vault/

answering the question "when did <tr> disappear from the Guidelines" is
NOT answered by finding the file Source/Specs/tr.xml. You have to look
at the sources and find when reference to it was removed

its a good example - some one of you try and answer that question,
and write down how you did it. I don't believe there is any simple answer.

(and, I now wonder if <tr> was _ever_ in the Guidelines since 1.0.0)
