[tei-council] apologies for Paris meeting

Just to amplify on this -- if all council members were signed up to 
Google Plus (g+), we could experiment with the Google "Hangout" feature 
which I am told by peoople I have no reason to disbelieve is a distinct 
improvement on skype.
However as far as I can see quite a few council members do not currently 
have g+ accounts. I've added those who do to my TEI Council circle, 
which sadly so far boasts only Sebastiant, Laurent, Rebecca, Martin, 
Gabriel, and James (twice).
