[tei-council] apologies for Paris meeting

I have a bad feeling I never replied to this either. Due to occasional 
but unavoidable meetings and interviews that conflict with the F2F, I'm 
going to have to attend via Skype as well.

I should be around from 11:00 onward Paris time every day.

Should we have a group chat open to pass around URLs etc, and then one 
person can Skype me in depending on which group I'm wanted in?
