I see that you can indeed get them from OmniPress: http://shop.omnipress.com/textencodinginitiativep5guidelines.aspx and there's a link from our "Get the P5 Guidelines" page.... http://www.tei-c.org/Guidelines/P5/get_p5.xml certainly doesn't show up in Amazon, though, or on Google shopping. John
