[tei-council] paper Guidelines, not really

On the TEI membership form, there is the sentence:

"All TEI members and subscribers receive a free copy of each new printed
release of the TEI Guidelines."

It doesn't appear to me to be true, at least of subscribers. Perhaps
something for the Board to act on? I mean, probably the removal of this
sentence could be a sensible way out, since otherwise it suggests to be
a contract which is not fulfilled on the TEI's part. Or has there not
been a printed copy for the last couple of years?
