Inability to draw a non-fuzzy border does not justify pretending that
the border isn't there... Part of the ecosystem is clearly software.
Part of it is clearly documentation. And there is a sizeable grey area,
and its greyness comes largely from the lack of legal precedents. But
let's not pretend that everything is grey, it isn't.
