[tei-council] [tei-board] TEI Licensing

Interesting, I had never this vision of a piece of ODD as "software", but spec. Maybe it depends on which side you look at literate programming.
@John: you should look at the rest of the thread and at the arguments for a basic attribution oriented license (BSD or CC-BY).
