Folks,

While there are some outstanding questions about the future licensing 
strategy of the TEI, overall, I'd like to tell George Bina that he can 
LGPL the TEI schemas in order to allow him to distribute them with 
Oxygen: does anyone object?  If I hear no objections by Wednesday, I'll 
convey the permission.
